What can I sync with the Atlassian connector?

Atlassian's core objects — Jira Issues, Jira Projects, Boards and Sprints, Issue Comments and custom fields — can sync with any of 194 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.

How does Stacksync connect to Atlassian?

Via REST APIs per product (Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud), authenticated with OAuth 2.0 (3LO) for apps or API tokens with basic auth for scripts. Changes are detected as follows — webhooks on issue and page events, plus JQL polling on the updated timestamp for backfill. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.

Is the Atlassian connector two-way?

Yes. Changes made in Atlassian propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
