Two-way sync
Changes in Microsoft 365 or Sage 300 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Microsoft 365 and Sage 300 in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The ERP holds the records the business is run on, and it is rarely where day-to-day work happens. Microsoft 365 is closer to the work, and the two often need the same facts about the same people, organizations, and transactions. Bridging them by hand, or by nightly file transfer, leaves each side out of date for hours at a time.
Stacksync syncs Contacts, OneDrive Files (driveItems), SharePoint Sites & Lists, Teams in Microsoft 365 with GL Accounts, Journal Batches, Order Entry Orders, Purchase Orders in Sage 300 bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping and rules for which system wins on conflict. Changes made where the work happens reach the system of record within seconds, and the reverse.
Payment events sync into Sage 300 as they occur, keeping the enterprise records current without manual entry.
Worker and organization data from Sage 300 stays current in Microsoft 365, so the tools people use daily reflect the org as it actually is.
A customer, supplier, or contact detail corrected in either system updates the other, ending duplicate maintenance.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Microsoft 365 objects | Sage 300 objects | |
|---|---|---|
| SharePoint Sites & Lists List items read and written like lightweight database tables. | AR Customers Receivables customer master synced to CRMs and billing tools. | |
| Teams Team and membership data provisioned from upstream systems. | AP Vendors Payables vendor master synced with procurement and payment systems. | |
| Planner & To Do Tasks Task items synced with project and work-management tools. | GL Accounts Chart of accounts read for transaction mapping across integrations. | |
| Users Entra ID user accounts synced with HR and identity systems. | Journal Batches GL entries staged in batches that must be posted; a common write target for external systems. | |
| Groups Microsoft 365 and security groups kept aligned with org structure and access rules. | Order Entry Orders Sales orders written from e-commerce or EDI feeds. | |
| Mail Messages Exchange Online messages read for logging, archiving, or activity capture. | Purchase Orders Procurement documents read for spend visibility and receiving. |

Pick the Microsoft 365 and Sage 300 objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Microsoft 365 and Sage 300: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Microsoft 365's SharePoint Sites & Lists and Teams), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Microsoft 365: REST API (Microsoft Graph). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via Microsoft Entra ID, with delegated or application permissions. Sage 300: Sage 300 Web API (REST) on newer releases; .NET/COM SDK and direct SQL Server access on-prem. Authentication: Sage 300 user credentials (Basic auth on the Web API); database credentials for direct SQL reads. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Microsoft 365: Nearly all Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID) are exposed through the single Microsoft Graph endpoint rather than per-product APIs. Sage 300: Sage 300 (formerly Accpac) stores each company's data in its own SQL Server database with module-prefixed tables, so direct SQL reads are a common integration path on-prem. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Microsoft 365 and Sage 300 without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Microsoft 365 and Sage 300 records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Microsoft 365 and Sage 300 connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Microsoft 365–Sage 300 integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Microsoft 365 and Sage 300. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
