Infor CloudSuite's core objects — Items, Customers, Suppliers / vendors, Sales orders and custom fields — can sync with any of 194 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.

How does Stacksync connect to Infor CloudSuite?

Via REST APIs exposed through the Infor ION API gateway; integration payloads are standardized as Business Object Documents (BODs), authenticated with OAuth 2.0 via Infor OS / ION API credentials. Changes are detected as follows — event-style BOD publications through Infor ION where configured; otherwise polling. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.

Is the Infor CloudSuite connector two-way?

Yes. Changes made in Infor CloudSuite propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
