Two-way sync
Changes in Klaviyo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.
Stacksync syncs Events, Metrics, Campaigns, Flows in Klaviyo with Leads, Opportunities, Cases (Incidents), Quotes, Orders & Invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.
Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.
When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Payments, replies, messages, or tickets created in one tool can create or update matching records in the other, keeping context in one place.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Klaviyo objects | Microsoft Dynamics 365 objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Campaigns Email and SMS sends expose performance data for warehouse-based reporting. | Cases (Incidents) Support records shared with ticketing tools and product databases. | |
| Flows Automation definitions and their engagement data sync outward for attribution. | Quotes, Orders & Invoices Transaction documents reconciled with the ERP or billing source of truth. | |
| Templates Message templates are accessible via API for content management workflows. | Products Catalog records aligned with ERP item masters. | |
| Catalog Items Product catalog records synced from an ERP or PIM power product blocks and back-in-stock triggers. | Activities Emails, calls, and tasks captured for engagement analytics. | |
| Tags Organizational labels on campaigns, flows, and lists support reporting rollups. | Custom Tables Dataverse tables that carry business-specific entities through the same API surface. | |
| Profiles Person records with arbitrary custom properties are the target for CRM and warehouse-sourced attributes. | Accounts Company records synced bi-directionally with ERPs, databases, and billing systems. |

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics 365: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Klaviyo's Campaigns and Flows), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics 365: Handoffs between teams; Where both tools track people or companies: one consistent record; Where one tool produces events: mirror them in the other. When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Klaviyo: REST API compliant with the JSON:API specification. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 for apps or private API keys. Microsoft Dynamics 365: REST API (Dataverse Web API, OData v4); Finance & Operations apps expose a separate OData data-entity surface. Authentication: Microsoft OAuth sign-in: user provides the D365 environment URL, signs in with Microsoft credentials, and accepts the Stacksync app (permissions to read CRM data and interact with OData entities). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Klaviyo: Profiles accept arbitrary custom properties, and events are append-only records tied to named metrics, which together form the segmentation model external data is synced into. Microsoft Dynamics 365: CDC on custom entities does not work until Change Tracking is manually enabled per table in Power Apps/Dataverse. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Klaviyo–Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration in-house.
