Two-way sync
Changes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Twilio instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Twilio in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.
Stacksync syncs Custom Tables, Accounts, Contacts, Leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Calls, Incoming Phone Numbers, Outgoing Caller IDs, Accounts in Twilio in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.
Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.
When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Payments, replies, messages, or tickets created in one tool can create or update matching records in the other, keeping context in one place.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Twilio: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365's Leads and Opportunities), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Twilio: Handoffs between teams; Where both tools track people or companies: one consistent record; Where one tool produces events: mirror them in the other. When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Microsoft Dynamics 365: REST API (Dataverse Web API, OData v4); Finance & Operations apps expose a separate OData data-entity surface. Authentication: Microsoft OAuth sign-in: user provides the D365 environment URL, signs in with Microsoft credentials, and accepts the Stacksync app (permissions to read CRM data and interact with OData entities). Twilio: REST API (per-product APIs for Messaging, Voice, Conversations, Verify). Authentication: Account SID + Auth Token (copied from Twilio Console Account Info and entered into the Stacksync Twilio connector). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Microsoft Dynamics 365: CDC on custom entities does not work until Change Tracking is manually enabled per table in Power Apps/Dataverse. Twilio: Every Twilio resource carries a 34-character SID with a type prefix (for example SM for messages, CA for calls), which gives syncs stable unique keys. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Twilio without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Twilio records are not retained after a sync operation.
