Two-way sync
Changes in Rillet or Shopify instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Rillet and Shopify in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Shopify knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Rillet knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo, Bill in Rillet to Customers, Abandoned Checkouts, Products, ProductMedias in Shopify with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
A won opportunity creates or updates the customer in Rillet with the right billing details, so invoicing starts without re-keying.
Invoice and payment status from Rillet appears on the account in Shopify, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
When a contact or address is corrected in Shopify, Rillet gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Rillet and Shopify: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Rillet's Reimbursement and Custom Field), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Shopify: GraphQL Admin API (primary) and REST Admin API (legacy). Authentication: OAuth via a custom Shopify app: admin creates an app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, enables required API scopes, sets the Stacksync redirect URL, then supplies shop name + Client ID and Client Secret to Stacksync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: Rillet is built for SaaS companies, with a general ledger organized around automated revenue recognition and month-end close. Shopify: Webhook topics cover most resources, such as order creation and product updates, delivering event-driven change notifications over HTTPS. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Rillet and Shopify without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Rillet and Shopify records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Rillet and Shopify connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Rillet–Shopify integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Rillet and Shopify. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
