Two-way sync
Changes in Orderful or Shopify instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Orderful and Shopify in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Orderful holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Webhook events, Transactions, Trading partners, Relationships in Orderful to ProductVariants, Orders, Customers, Abandoned Checkouts in Shopify with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Orderful update the matching contact or account in Shopify, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Orderful can store and use it.
Charges, refunds, and subscription changes appear on the account in Shopify, so revenue context lives with the relationship.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Shopify sync into Orderful, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Shopify, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Orderful and Shopify: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Orderful's Validation guidelines and Acknowledgments), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Orderful: REST API (JSON). Authentication: API key. Shopify: GraphQL Admin API (primary) and REST Admin API (legacy). Authentication: OAuth via a custom Shopify app: admin creates an app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, enables required API scopes, sets the Stacksync redirect URL, then supplies shop name + Client ID and Client Secret to Stacksync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Orderful: Orderful represents X12 EDI documents as JSON over REST, so integrations avoid parsing raw EDI segments and delimiters. Shopify: Shopify has made the GraphQL Admin API its primary surface and designated the REST Admin API as legacy, so new integrations target GraphQL. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Orderful and Shopify without custom code.
