Two-way sync
Changes in Infor WMS or SQL Server instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Infor WMS and SQL Server in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
ERP data sits behind interfaces built for the ERP's own modules, not for your internal systems. Teams that need those records, for reporting services, internal tools, or automations, end up writing integration code against a strict API and maintaining it through every upgrade.
Stacksync mirrors Inventory, Receipts / ASNs, Shipment Orders, Waves from Infor WMS into SQL Server and keeps both sides consistent in real time. Whatever Infor WMS is the system of record for, whether financials, operations, people, or procurement, those records become rows your code can query, and changes written in SQL Server sync back into Infor WMS with its validations respected.
Choose exactly which tables and fields may flow from SQL Server back into Infor WMS, keeping the ERP authoritative.
Records from Infor WMS live in SQL Server as ordinary tables or collections, joinable with the rest of your data.
Scripts and services read and write the synced tables; Stacksync handles the Infor WMS interface, limits, and retries.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Infor WMS objects | SQL Server objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Items Item definitions keep the WMS aligned with the ERP or OMS item master. | Schemas Namespaces (dbo and custom) used to organize synced tables. | |
| Inventory On-hand quantities by location feed available-to-promise in order-taking systems. | Tables The primary sync target; rows map to records in connected systems. | |
| Receipts / ASNs Advance shipment notices and receipt confirmations sync with procurement systems. | Views Read-side projections used as outbound sync sources. | |
| Shipment Orders Outbound orders arrive from the ERP or OMS for allocation and picking. | Columns Field-level mapping targets with T-SQL types. | |
| Waves Wave assignments group orders for fulfillment and can be reported outward. | Primary and Unique Keys Match keys for idempotent upserts and conflict handling. | |
| Tasks Warehouse task data supports labor and productivity reporting in BI tools. | CDC Change Tables System-populated tables holding captured inserts, updates, and deletes for consumers. |
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Infor WMS–SQL Server connection.
Changes in Infor WMS or SQL Server instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Infor WMS or SQL Server data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Infor WMS or SQL Server record.
Track your Infor WMS ⇄ SQL Server sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Infor WMS and SQL Server.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Infor WMS and SQL Server with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Infor WMS and SQL Server objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Infor WMS and SQL Server: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Infor WMS's Items and Inventory), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Infor WMS: REST API via the Infor OS / ION API gateway (cloud deployments run inside Infor CloudSuite). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via Infor OS. SQL Server: SQL over the TDS wire protocol (Tabular Data Stream), via ODBC/JDBC/ADO.NET drivers. Authentication: Database credentials entered as a connection string or as parameters (host/user/password) in the Create New Sync page. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
SQL Server: Composite primary keys are not supported (single-column, auto-generated PK required). Infor WMS: Cloud deployments of Infor WMS are delivered as part of Infor CloudSuite, so integration typically goes through the shared Infor OS / ION layer rather than a standalone product API. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Infor WMS and SQL Server without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Infor WMS and SQL Server records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Infor WMS and SQL Server connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Infor WMS–SQL Server integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Infor WMS and SQL Server. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
