Two-way sync
Changes in Full Enrich or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Full Enrich and Rillet in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Rillet holds the financial truth: who the customers are, what they were billed, what they paid. Full Enrich is where part of the day-to-day work happens, and that work often involves the same customers and transactions. Without a live connection, the two drift apart, and people end up answering questions from stale copies.
Stacksync keeps Reimbursement, Custom Field, Account, Customer in Rillet and Enrichment results, Emails, Phone numbers, Credits in Full Enrich in sync, bi-directionally and in real time. Whatever records Full Enrich keeps and whatever events it produces, the overlap with Rillet is mapped field by field, and a change on either side shows up on the other within seconds.
There is no middleware to build, no API rate limits to babysit, and no nightly job that leaves the morning running on yesterday's data.
Figures teams rely on, like customer status or outstanding balances, stay current wherever Full Enrich surfaces them instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
Front-line teams see invoice and payment status from Rillet next to the customer they are helping, without logging into the finance system.
Payment and charge activity flows into Rillet as it happens, so the books reflect reality without manual reconciliation.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Full Enrich objects | Rillet objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Emails Returned addresses with verification status, written back to the CRM or database. | Customer Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Phone numbers Returned mobile and direct-dial numbers from the provider waterfall. | Vendor Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Credits Account balance consumed on successful finds; monitored to pace sync jobs. | Invoice Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Enrichment requests Submitted batches of contacts to enrich; processed asynchronously by the waterfall. | Credit Memo Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Contacts The person inputs (name plus company or domain) sent for enrichment. | Bill Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Enrichment results Completed records fetched by request ID or delivered via webhook. | Journal Entry Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. |

Pick the Full Enrich and Rillet objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Full Enrich and Rillet: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Full Enrich's Emails and Phone numbers), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Full Enrich and Rillet: Where Full Enrich is a docs or knowledge workspace: reference data kept fresh; Where Full Enrich handles customer conversations: billing context in view; Where Full Enrich collects payments or triggers charges: events land in Rillet. Figures teams rely on, like customer status or outstanding balances, stay current wherever Full Enrich surfaces them instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
Full Enrich: REST API with asynchronous bulk enrichment endpoints. Authentication: API key (Bearer token). Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: Several objects (Subsidiary, Tax Rate, Product, Contract, Bank Account, Bank Transaction) do not support incremental sync — historic sync only. Full Enrich: Enrichment is asynchronous: batches are submitted, run through a waterfall of upstream data providers, and results arrive by webhook or a later fetch, so syncs must handle pending states. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Full Enrich and Rillet without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Full Enrich and Rillet records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Full Enrich and Rillet connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Full Enrich–Rillet integration in-house.
