Two-way sync
Changes in Drift or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Drift and Rillet in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Drift knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Rillet knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Customer, Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo in Rillet to Accounts, Users, Playbooks, Meetings in Drift with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
Invoice and payment status from Rillet appears on the account in Drift, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
When a contact or address is corrected in Drift, Rillet gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Drift when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Drift objects | Rillet objects | |

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Drift and Rillet with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Drift and Rillet objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Drift and Rillet: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Drift's Messages and Accounts), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Drift and Rillet: Payment status on the account; Billing detail changes flow back; Collections with context. Invoice and payment status from Rillet appears on the account in Drift, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
Drift: REST API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via apps registered on the Drift developer platform. Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: The REST API authenticates with API keys and publishes an OpenAPI specification, with separate production and sandbox environments. Drift: Salesloft acquired Drift in 2024, and the standalone Drift platform has since been placed on a sunset path; teams should confirm current API availability and migration timelines with Salesloft before building new integrations. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Drift and Rillet without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Drift and Rillet records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Drift and Rillet connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Drift–Rillet integration in-house.
