Two-way sync
Changes in Deposco or SAP instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Deposco and SAP in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Companies run two ERPs for structural reasons: a two-tier setup with subsidiaries on lighter systems, an acquisition that brought its own stack, a split by function or region, or a migration that will take quarters. In all of these, some of the same organizations, people, and transactions exist in both systems, and keeping them aligned by hand is a standing tax on the back office.
Stacksync syncs Shipments, Purchase orders / ASNs, Receipts, Warehouses / Locations in Deposco with Business Partners, Materials (Products), Sales Orders, Purchase Orders in SAP bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping across the two data models and conflict rules you define. A record changed in either system is reflected in the other within seconds, not at the next interface run.
Where both systems keep records of the same customers, suppliers, or organizations, a correction in either updates the other.
Where one system is the people or finance suite and the other runs operations, the records both sides depend on, such as organizations, cost centers, and reference data, stay in agreement.
Where subsidiaries run one system and headquarters runs the other, shared records and transactions flow up continuously, so consolidation starts from live data.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Deposco objects | SAP objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Receipts Confirmation of received inventory that updates stock positions. | Sales Orders Order documents written from external channels and read for status and fulfillment. | |
| Warehouses / Locations Facility and bin structures that scope inventory records. | Purchase Orders Procurement documents synced with supplier portals and spend tools. | |
| Customers Ship-to parties referenced on orders and shipments. | Outbound Deliveries Shipment documents synced to WMS, carriers, and customer portals. | |
| Items / SKUs Product master records that fulfillment operations pick and ship against. | Billing Documents Invoices read for AR status and replicated for revenue reporting. | |
| Inventory On-hand and available quantities by warehouse and location, read frequently by storefront syncs. | GL Accounts and Journal Entries Financial postings replicated to warehouses for group finance analytics. | |
| Sales orders Orders flowing in from ERP or e-commerce systems for fulfillment. | Production Orders Manufacturing orders exchanged with MES and scheduling systems. |

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Deposco and SAP: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Deposco's Receipts and Warehouses / Locations), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Deposco and SAP: Shared master data; Split by function; Two-tier roll-up. Where both systems keep records of the same customers, suppliers, or organizations, a correction in either updates the other.
Deposco: REST API plus file-based interfaces (EDI and flat file) common to WMS integrations. Authentication: API credentials issued per integration (API key or basic authentication). SAP: OData (v2/v4) APIs on S/4HANA; BAPI/RFC and IDoc on ECC and on-prem systems; SOAP services. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 or basic auth via communication arrangements on cloud editions; SAP user credentials for RFC on-prem. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Deposco: Integration runs through Deposco's Bright Socket layer, which combines API access with EDI and file-based data exchange for trading partners and carriers, as is typical for warehouse management systems. SAP: On ECC, writes go through BAPIs or IDocs so document flow and posting logic are enforced; direct writes to database tables are not a supported path. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Deposco and SAP without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Deposco and SAP records are not retained after a sync operation.
