Two-way sync
Changes in ConnectWise or SAP instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep ConnectWise and SAP in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The ERP holds the records the business is run on, and it is rarely where day-to-day work happens. ConnectWise is closer to the work, and the two often need the same facts about the same people, organizations, and transactions. Bridging them by hand, or by nightly file transfer, leaves each side out of date for hours at a time.
Stacksync syncs Projects, Time Entries, Invoices, Configurations in ConnectWise with Cost Centers, Business Partners, Materials (Products), Sales Orders in SAP bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping and rules for which system wins on conflict. Changes made where the work happens reach the system of record within seconds, and the reverse.
A customer, supplier, or contact detail corrected in either system updates the other, ending duplicate maintenance.
Order, invoice, or account status from SAP appears alongside the customer in ConnectWise, so front-line teams answer from live data.
Payment events sync into SAP as they occur, keeping the enterprise records current without manual entry.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| ConnectWise objects | SAP objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Configurations Managed devices and assets tied to companies, useful for asset inventory syncs. | Outbound Deliveries Shipment documents synced to WMS, carriers, and customer portals. | |
| Members Internal users and technicians referenced by tickets and time entries. | Billing Documents Invoices read for AR status and replicated for revenue reporting. | |
| Activities Sales and service activity records synced for engagement reporting. | GL Accounts and Journal Entries Financial postings replicated to warehouses for group finance analytics. | |
| Companies Client and prospect account records that anchor most other PSA data in a sync. | Production Orders Manufacturing orders exchanged with MES and scheduling systems. | |
| Contacts People attached to companies, commonly synced against CRM contact records. | Inventory / Stock Plant and storage-location quantities synced to storefronts and planning tools. | |
| Service Tickets Support and service desk tickets, including status, board, and priority fields. | Cost Centers Controlling masters read for mapping costs in finance integrations. |

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between ConnectWise and SAP: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as ConnectWise's Configurations and Members), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for ConnectWise and SAP: Master data corrections travel; Where ConnectWise faces customers and SAP carries account records; Where ConnectWise collects payments: transactions post through. A customer, supplier, or contact detail corrected in either system updates the other, ending duplicate maintenance.
ConnectWise: REST API. Authentication: Public/private API key pair for an API member, combined with a registered clientId, sent via Basic authentication. SAP: OData (v2/v4) APIs on S/4HANA; BAPI/RFC and IDoc on ECC and on-prem systems; SOAP services. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 or basic auth via communication arrangements on cloud editions; SAP user credentials for RFC on-prem. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
ConnectWise: Callbacks let integrations subscribe to create, update, and delete events on specific record types instead of polling. SAP: On ECC, writes go through BAPIs or IDocs so document flow and posting logic are enforced; direct writes to database tables are not a supported path. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between ConnectWise and SAP without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means ConnectWise and SAP records are not retained after a sync operation.
