Two-way sync
Changes in Airtable or Pipedrive instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Airtable and Pipedrive in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Product and engineering teams constantly need CRM data, and the CRM API is a poor way to get it: rate limits, pagination, custom objects, and integration code that breaks when an admin renames a field. What they actually want is the data in Airtable, where it can be queried and joined like everything else.
Stacksync mirrors Notes, Pipelines, Deals, Persons from Pipedrive into Fields, Views, Linked records, Attachments in Airtable with real-time, bi-directional sync. Read CRM records with plain queries; write updates from your application and they appear in Pipedrive with validation intact. Go-to-market teams keep working in the CRM, engineers keep working in the database, and neither has to think about the other.
Signup, usage, or lifecycle changes written to Airtable sync onto the matching records in Pipedrive, giving go-to-market teams live product context.
Back-office apps read and write the synced tables; Stacksync handles the Pipedrive API, limits, and retries.
Field and stage updates in Pipedrive arrive as row changes in Airtable, ready to drive jobs and notifications.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Airtable objects | Pipedrive objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Attachments File fields exposed as expiring URLs that syncs can mirror to other systems. | Files Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Collaborators User fields useful for mapping record ownership to accounts in a CRM or database. | Goals Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Bases Top-level containers; each base has its own API endpoint and schema. | Leads Pre-pipeline inbox items; written in from forms and enrichment pipelines. | |
| Tables Map to sync tables; schema is readable through the base metadata endpoints. | Notes Free-form context on deals, persons, and organizations; usually read-only. | |
| Records The row-level unit created, updated, and deleted during syncs, identified by rec-prefixed IDs. | Pipelines Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Fields Typed columns including linked records, lookups, and rollups; computed fields are read-only in syncs. | Deals Pipeline records with stage and value; the primary object for reporting and win-triggered automation. |
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Airtable–Pipedrive connection.
Changes in Airtable or Pipedrive instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Airtable or Pipedrive data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Airtable or Pipedrive record.
Track your Airtable ⇄ Pipedrive sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Airtable and Pipedrive.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Airtable and Pipedrive with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Airtable and Pipedrive objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Airtable and Pipedrive: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Airtable's Attachments and Collaborators), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Airtable: REST API (per-base Web API plus metadata and webhooks endpoints). Authentication: OAuth (Airtable OAuth grant to specific bases or all resources); the authorizing user must have a `creator` role, since only creator roles can create webhooks. Pipedrive: REST API. Authentication: No-code guided connection: create a connection, select Pipedrive, then click "Allow and Install" (OAuth-style app install; docs do not name the protocol). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Pipedrive: Webhooks can subscribe to create, update, and delete events per object type, supporting event-driven sync. Airtable: Computed field types such as formulas, lookups, and rollups are read-only over the API, so bi-directional syncs must map writes to source fields. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Airtable and Pipedrive without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Airtable and Pipedrive records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Airtable and Pipedrive connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Airtable–Pipedrive integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Airtable and Pipedrive. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
