Real-time sync
Changes in Shopify or ZoomInfo instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Shopify and ZoomInfo in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
ZoomInfo is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Shopify, so Shopify always reflects the current state of ZoomInfo — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Deal stage and value on shared accounts stay visible from either CRM.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Shopify and ZoomInfo — ZoomInfo is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Shopify and ZoomInfo: Divisional or regional split; Where both track pipeline: deal visibility across systems; Post-acquisition consolidation. Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Shopify: GraphQL Admin API (primary) and REST Admin API (legacy). Authentication: OAuth via a custom Shopify app: admin creates an app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, enables required API scopes, sets the Stacksync redirect URL, then supplies shop name + Client ID and Client Secret to Stacksync. ZoomInfo: REST API organized around search and enrich endpoints. Authentication: API credentials exchanged for a short-lived JWT. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Shopify: Webhook topics cover most resources, such as order creation and product updates, delivering event-driven change notifications over HTTPS. ZoomInfo: ZoomInfo is a read-oriented data provider; syncs pull from it and write into the CRM or warehouse, not the reverse. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Shopify and ZoomInfo without custom code.
