Two-way sync
Changes in Sage 100 or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Sage 100 and Syspro in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Companies run two ERPs for structural reasons: a two-tier setup with subsidiaries on lighter systems, an acquisition that brought its own stack, a split by function or region, or a migration that will take quarters. In all of these, some of the same organizations, people, and transactions exist in both systems, and keeping them aligned by hand is a standing tax on the back office.
Stacksync syncs Customers, Vendors, Inventory Items, Sales Orders in Sage 100 with Inventory items, Sales orders, Purchase orders, Jobs (work orders) in Syspro bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping across the two data models and conflict rules you define. A record changed in either system is reflected in the other within seconds, not at the next interface run.
Where subsidiaries run one system and headquarters runs the other, shared records and transactions flow up continuously, so consolidation starts from live data.
When one system is replacing the other, run both fully live during the transition and cut over without a data freeze.
Where both systems keep records of the same customers, suppliers, or organizations, a correction in either updates the other.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Sage 100 objects | Syspro objects | |
|---|---|---|
| AR Invoices Billing documents synced outward for payment status and revenue reporting. | Purchase orders Procurement documents synced with supplier portals and receiving. | |
| Purchase Orders Procurement documents read for spend and receiving workflows. | Jobs (work orders) Manufacturing jobs and WIP tracked for production reporting. | |
| GL Accounts Chart of accounts read for mapping transactions in finance integrations. | Bills of materials Product structures referenced when syncing manufacturing data. | |
| Journal Entries Posted GL activity replicated to warehouses for FP&A. | AR invoices Billing documents surfaced to CRMs and finance reporting. | |
| Customers AR customer master records synced to CRMs for account and credit visibility. | GL journals Financial postings extracted for consolidation and analytics. | |
| Vendors AP vendor master records synced with procurement and payment tools. | Warehouses Stocking locations that scope inventory balances. |
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Sage 100–Syspro connection.
Changes in Sage 100 or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Sage 100 or Syspro data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Sage 100 or Syspro record.
Track your Sage 100 ⇄ Syspro sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Sage 100 and Syspro.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Sage 100 and Syspro with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Sage 100 and Syspro objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Sage 100 and Syspro: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Sage 100's AR Invoices and Purchase Orders), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Sage 100: ODBC (ProvideX driver) for reads; Business Object Interface (BOI) or Sage-provided web services for writes. Authentication: Sage 100 company and user credentials; ODBC DSN credentials for direct reads. Syspro: E.net Solutions business objects, exposed over REST and WCF interfaces in SYSPRO 8. Authentication: SYSPRO operator credentials exchanged for a session token. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sage 100: Writes should go through the Business Object Interface rather than direct file access, so module validation and GL postings are enforced. Syspro: External access goes through e.net business objects that apply the same validation and business logic as the SYSPRO client, so API writes cannot bypass ERP rules. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Sage 100 and Syspro without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Sage 100 and Syspro records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Sage 100 and Syspro connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Sage 100–Syspro integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Sage 100 and Syspro. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
