Two-way sync
Changes in Pipedrive or Zendesk instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Pipedrive and Zendesk in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Zendesk holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Tickets, Tickets Comments, Users, Organizations in Zendesk to Leads, Notes, Pipelines, Deals in Pipedrive with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Zendesk update the matching contact or account in Pipedrive, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Zendesk can store and use it.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Pipedrive, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Pipedrive sync into Zendesk, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Pipedrive, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Pipedrive and Zendesk: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Pipedrive's MailMessages and CallLogs), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Pipedrive and Zendesk: Where Zendesk supplies contact or company data; Where Zendesk can store CRM context: fields kept current; Where Zendesk handles support or shared inboxes. Enriched fields land directly on records in Pipedrive, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Pipedrive: REST API. Authentication: No-code guided connection: create a connection, select Pipedrive, then click "Allow and Install" (OAuth-style app install; docs do not name the protocol). Zendesk: REST API. Authentication: OAuth app authorization: enter your Zendesk subdomain (from {sub_domain_name}.zendesk.com) in Stacksync Connections and click "Authorize App". Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Zendesk: Organizations, Attachments, and Ticket Forms are not enabled by default (On Request only). Pipedrive: Many common objects (Leads, Notes, Products, Pipelines, Users, Files, Tasks, etc.) are '✍️ On Request' rather than supported by default. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Pipedrive and Zendesk without custom code.
