Two-way sync
Changes in Nutshell or Twilio instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Nutshell and Twilio in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Twilio holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Accounts, Roles, Addresses, Flows in Twilio to People, Companies, Activities, Tasks in Nutshell with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Twilio update the matching contact or account in Nutshell, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Twilio can store and use it.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Nutshell sync into Twilio, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Nutshell, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Prospects, sends, and replies sync into Nutshell, keeping lead status current without manual imports.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Nutshell: JSON-RPC API over HTTPS; a newer REST API is also offered. Authentication: HTTP Basic with account email and API key. Twilio: REST API (per-product APIs for Messaging, Voice, Conversations, Verify). Authentication: Account SID + Auth Token (copied from Twilio Console Account Info and entered into the Stacksync Twilio connector). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Twilio: No change-detection mechanism (webhooks/CDC/polling) is described. Nutshell: Nutshell's most full-featured API is JSON-RPC: each call names a method such as findLeads or editLead instead of hitting resource URLs, though a newer REST API is also available. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Nutshell and Twilio without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Nutshell and Twilio records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Nutshell and Twilio connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Nutshell–Twilio integration in-house.
