Two-way sync
Changes in Nutshell or SAP Business One instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Nutshell and SAP Business One in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Nutshell holds the customer relationship; SAP Business One runs the operations and records behind the business. The two overlap wherever the same organizations and transactions matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by re-keying or overnight batch, each side spends the day working from stale data.
Stacksync syncs Tasks, Notes, Products, Tags in Nutshell with Activities, Business Partners, Items, Sales Orders in SAP Business One field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Where both systems keep customer or organization records, corrections in either propagate to the other, ending dual maintenance.
Owners, territories, and org structure informed by SAP Business One stay current in Nutshell.
A deal won in Nutshell creates or updates the customer in SAP Business One with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Nutshell: JSON-RPC API over HTTPS; a newer REST API is also offered. Authentication: HTTP Basic with account email and API key. SAP Business One: Service Layer, a REST API based on OData, plus the legacy COM-based DI API. Authentication: Session-based login with company database, username, and password against the Service Layer. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Nutshell: Nutshell's most full-featured API is JSON-RPC: each call names a method such as findLeads or editLead instead of hitting resource URLs, though a newer REST API is also available. SAP Business One: The Service Layer exposes Business One objects as OData resources over HTTPS and is SAP's recommended replacement for the older COM-based DI API. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Nutshell and SAP Business One without custom code.
