Two-way sync
Changes in HubSpot or Rockset instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep HubSpot and Rockset in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM feeds the warehouse and the warehouse should feed the CRM: relationship data flows one way, and computed scores, segments, and customer context flow back. Most teams build the first half as a batch pipeline and never quite get to the second.
Stacksync does both with one connection. Deal, Line Item, Product, Ticket from HubSpot land in Rockset as live tables, updated within seconds, and columns computed in Rockset write back to fields in HubSpot. There is no separate ETL and reverse-ETL stack to stitch together and no jobs to babysit.
Deduplication and normalization done in Rockset can be written back, so warehouse-side cleanup actually fixes the CRM.
Accounts, contacts, and activity from HubSpot are queryable in Rockset moments after they change, so dashboards stop lagging the reality they describe.
Lead scores, churn risk, or usage segments computed in Rockset appear as fields in HubSpot, where the people working accounts actually see them.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| HubSpot objects | Rockset objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Company Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Integrations Managed source connections (databases, streams, object storage) feeding collections. | |
| Deal Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Virtual Instances Isolated compute units that separate ingest from query workloads. | |
| Line Item Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Collections Schemaless document containers that ingested and synced records land in. | |
| Product Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Documents JSON records addressable by _id, written via the Write API in sync pipelines. | |
| Ticket Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Workspaces Namespaces that group collections and query lambdas per team or environment. | |
| Quote Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Query Lambdas Named, parameterized SQL queries invoked over REST to read synced data. |

Pick the HubSpot and Rockset objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between HubSpot and Rockset: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as HubSpot's Company and Deal), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for HubSpot and Rockset: Cleanup that sticks; CRM analytics on live data; Scores and segments back on the record. Deduplication and normalization done in Rockset can be written back, so warehouse-side cleanup actually fixes the CRM.
HubSpot: REST API (CRM v3). Authentication: OAuth (choose HubSpot account and authorize Stacksync); requires a HubSpot 'Super Admin' to grant access; optional "Grant access to sensitive fields" checkbox for sensitive/highly sensitive fields. Rockset: REST API (SQL over HTTP, plus a document Write API). Authentication: API key. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
HubSpot: All CRM objects share a single property-based schema model, and relationships are expressed as typed associations rather than foreign keys, so syncs replicate associations explicitly. Rockset: Ingest is schemaless: JSON documents are indexed as-is with dynamic typing, so upstream schema drift does not break the pipeline. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between HubSpot and Rockset without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means HubSpot and Rockset records are not retained after a sync operation.
