Two-way sync
Changes in Campfire or SAP instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Campfire and SAP in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The ERP holds the records the business is run on, and it is rarely where day-to-day work happens. Campfire is closer to the work, and the two often need the same facts about the same people, organizations, and transactions. Bridging them by hand, or by nightly file transfer, leaves each side out of date for hours at a time.
Stacksync syncs Bank Transaction, Journal Entry, Intercompany Journal Entry, Chart of Accounts in Campfire with Cost Centers, Business Partners, Materials (Products), Sales Orders in SAP bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping and rules for which system wins on conflict. Changes made where the work happens reach the system of record within seconds, and the reverse.
Worker and organization data from SAP stays current in Campfire, so the tools people use daily reflect the org as it actually is.
A customer, supplier, or contact detail corrected in either system updates the other, ending duplicate maintenance.
Order, invoice, or account status from SAP appears alongside the customer in Campfire, so front-line teams answer from live data.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Campfire and SAP: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Campfire's Credit Memo and Bank Account), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Campfire and SAP: Where SAP is the HR or people system of record; Master data corrections travel; Where Campfire faces customers and SAP carries account records. Worker and organization data from SAP stays current in Campfire, so the tools people use daily reflect the org as it actually is.
Campfire: HTTP endpoints for bot integrations on a self-hosted instance. Authentication: API key — create an API user with a Super User Role in Campfire (Settings -> API Keys), generate an API Key secret, and provide it in the Stacksync connection setup. SAP: OData (v2/v4) APIs on S/4HANA; BAPI/RFC and IDoc on ECC and on-prem systems; SOAP services. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 or basic auth via communication arrangements on cloud editions; SAP user credentials for RFC on-prem. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Campfire: Fixed Asset Automation Match and Vendor Summary have no delete detection (objects cannot be deleted). SAP: On ECC, writes go through BAPIs or IDocs so document flow and posting logic are enforced; direct writes to database tables are not a supported path. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Campfire and SAP without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Campfire and SAP records are not retained after a sync operation.
