Keep Campfire and Clearbit in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clearbit is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Campfire, so Campfire always reflects the current state of Clearbit — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Campfire holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Clearbit, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Clearbit, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Clearbit sync into Campfire, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Campfire and Clearbit — Clearbit is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Campfire side: Credit Memo, Bank Account, Bank Transaction, Journal Entry, plus custom fields where Campfire exposes them. On the Clearbit side: Companies, Persons, Reveal matches, Name-to-domain lookups. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.

Campfire: HTTP endpoints for bot integrations on a self-hosted instance. Authentication: API key — create an API user with a Super User Role in Campfire (Settings -> API Keys), generate an API Key secret, and provide it in the Stacksync connection setup. Clearbit: REST API (separate endpoints per product: Enrichment, Reveal). Authentication: API key (bearer secret key). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Campfire: The current Campfire is distributed by 37signals as self-hosted, open-source software, so the available integration surface depends on the deployed instance and its version. Clearbit: Lookups can resolve asynchronously: the API may accept a request and deliver the completed record later via webhook, which sync logic must accommodate. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Campfire and Clearbit without custom code.
