Real-time sync
Changes in Aviato or Zendesk instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Aviato and Zendesk in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Aviato is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Zendesk, so Zendesk always reflects the current state of Aviato — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.
Stacksync syncs Company, Person, Funding Round, Investor in Aviato with Tickets Comments, Users, Organizations, Attachments in Zendesk in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.
Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.
Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Payments, replies, messages, or tickets created in one tool can create or update matching records in the other, keeping context in one place.
Information that originates in Aviato stays current in Zendesk instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Aviato objects | Zendesk objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Person Founder and employee profiles linked to current and past companies | Tickets The central work object; synced to databases for SLA and volume reporting or mirrored into engineering tools. | |
| Funding Round Round-level records with stage, amount, date, and participating investors | Tickets Comments Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Investor Funds and angels connected to the rounds and companies they back | Users End users and agents; matched to CRM contacts to keep requester data consistent. | |
| Headcount Snapshot Point-in-time employee counts used to track company growth over time | Organizations Company groupings for users; typically kept aligned with CRM accounts. | |
| Employment Record Person-to-company links with role and tenure that model team movement | Attachments Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Acquisition / Exit Event M&A and exit records tied to the acquired company profile | Ticket Forms Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. |

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Aviato and Zendesk — Aviato is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Aviato side: Company, Person, Funding Round, Investor, plus custom fields where Aviato exposes them. On the Zendesk side: Tickets Comments, Users, Organizations, Attachments. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Aviato is a read-only source, so this integration runs one-way: Stacksync reads from Aviato in real time and delivers into Zendesk. Field mapping and monitoring work the same as for two-way pairs.
Common patterns for Aviato and Zendesk: Where both tools track people or companies: one consistent record; Where one tool produces events: mirror them in the other; Where Zendesk is where the team documents or plans: keep its data fed. Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Aviato: REST API returning JSON, with search/filter endpoints for querying company and people records. Authentication: API key passed on each request. Zendesk: REST API. Authentication: OAuth app authorization: enter your Zendesk subdomain (from {sub_domain_name}.zendesk.com) in Stacksync Connections and click "Authorize App". Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Aviato: Aviato's data model centers on private-market entities — companies, the people behind them, and the funding events connecting them — rather than user-created business records. Zendesk: Organizations, Attachments, and Ticket Forms are not enabled by default (On Request only). Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Aviato and Zendesk without custom code.
