Two-way sync
Changes in Attio or Outreach instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Attio and Outreach in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Stacksync syncs People, Companies, Users, Deals in Attio with Opportunities, Users, Mailboxes, Prospects in Outreach in real time and in both directions, with field-level mapping and matching on identifiers you choose. Update a record in either CRM and the other reflects it within seconds.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
When one CRM is replacing the other, run both fully live until cutover, with no snapshot gap and no data freeze.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Attio objects | Outreach objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Users Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Opportunities Deal records used to tie engagement to pipeline outcomes | |
| Deals Pipeline records; read out for revenue reporting and written to from automation. | Users Seat holders used to resolve ownership on synced records | |
| Workspaces Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Mailboxes Connected sending accounts referenced when attributing outbound activity | |
| Custom objects Workspace-defined objects that behave like standard ones in the API. | Prospects The people being engaged; the main record kept in sync with the CRM | |
| People Standard person object; synced with marketing tools and warehouse person tables. | Accounts Companies grouping prospects, aligned with CRM account ownership | |
| Companies Standard company object; matched to billing and product accounts in two-way syncs. | Sequences Multi-step cadences; synced as reference data for enrollment automation |

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Attio and Outreach with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Attio and Outreach objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Attio and Outreach: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Attio's Users and Deals), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Attio: REST API. Authentication: Guided in-app connection ("Attio CRM" connection created in a few clicks, "without any coding required"); the docs do not name the underlying auth mechanism (OAuth vs API key). Outreach: REST API conforming to the JSON:API specification. Authentication: OAuth 2.0. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Attio: Records are distinct from list entries; the same company can appear in multiple lists with list-specific attribute values, which a faithful sync replicates separately. Outreach: Sequence enrollment is modeled as its own resource (sequence states), so adding a prospect to a cadence is a normal record write rather than a special action. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Attio and Outreach without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Attio and Outreach records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Attio and Outreach connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Attio–Outreach integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Attio and Outreach. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
