Two-way sync
Changes in Affinity or Shopify instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Affinity and Shopify in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Stacksync syncs Reminders, Lists, List Entries, Persons in Affinity with ProductMedias, ProductVariants, Orders, Customers in Shopify in real time and in both directions, with field-level mapping and matching on identifiers you choose. Update a record in either CRM and the other reflects it within seconds.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
When one CRM is replacing the other, run both fully live until cutover, with no snapshot gap and no data freeze.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Affinity objects | Shopify objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Notes Meeting and call notes synced for record-keeping in other systems. | Products Catalog entries; often mastered in a PIM or ERP and written into Shopify. | |
| Interactions Automatically captured emails and meetings, read for activity reporting. | ProductMedias Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Reminders Follow-up tasks associated with people and organizations. | ProductVariants Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | |
| Lists Pipelines (deal flow, fundraising, portfolio) that structure most Affinity data; syncs usually target a specific list. | Orders Purchase transactions; pushed to ERPs for fulfillment and billing, and read into databases for reporting. | |
| List Entries The membership of a person, organization, or opportunity on a list, carrying its list-specific fields. | Customers Buyer records; matched to CRM contacts for marketing and lifetime-value analysis. | |
| Persons Contact records enriched with relationship intelligence, synced with CRMs and outreach tools. | Abandoned Checkouts Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. |

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Affinity and Shopify: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Affinity's Notes and Interactions), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Affinity: REST API. Authentication: API key. Shopify: GraphQL Admin API (primary) and REST Admin API (legacy). Authentication: OAuth via a custom Shopify app: admin creates an app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, enables required API scopes, sets the Stacksync redirect URL, then supplies shop name + Client ID and Client Secret to Stacksync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Affinity: The data model centers on lists: a person, organization, or opportunity gains list-specific field values only through its list entry, so syncs must address both the entity and the entry. Shopify: Shopify has made the GraphQL Admin API its primary surface and designated the REST Admin API as legacy, so new integrations target GraphQL. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Affinity and Shopify without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Affinity and Shopify records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Affinity and Shopify connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Affinity–Shopify integration in-house.
